Account Specialist

Sue joined Advanced Professional Billing in September 2024, bringing 22 years of billing experience to the team. In her role, she manages open records, ensuring anesthesiologists review and sign them, handles cosmetic payments from patients, and works on workers’ compensation cases. Though she’s been with the company for only a short time, Sue already feels at home, appreciating the kindness and support of her colleagues as she learns the ropes. She looks forward to continuing her journey with Advanced Professional Billing in 2025 and beyond.

Outside of work, Sue enjoys making crafts, reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She also adores cuddling with her four cats: Iris, Daisy, Domino, and Gizmo.
