Practice Administrator

Pam joined our team in December 2022 and currently oversees the daily operations, business strategies, and HR responsibilities of the group. With a strong focus on regulatory compliance and maintaining current standards, Pam plays a key role in ensuring the practice runs efficiently and effectively. Prior to this role, she served as a Nurse Manager in Surgery at a large tertiary care center in central Ohio, bringing with her extensive experience in clinical leadership and healthcare operations.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places through travel, and staying fit and active by working out and walking. Her hobbies include preserving family memories through photo and document organization.
