Mary brings over 32 years of experience in medical billing. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, she manages the aging of insurance accounts, handles patient statements, and makes patient collection calls. Known for her keen eye for detail, Mary is committed to accuracy and will always investigate any discrepancies she encounters, often catching billing issues before they become larger problems.

Before joining the team, Mary spent 18 years working in a pediatric practice, where she started as a medical assistant and was eventually promoted to office manager. She gained invaluable experience managing billing and patient statements, which has been essential in her current role.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys hiking, exercising, reading, playing games, and spending quality time with her grandkids.
