With 27 years of billing experience, Kelli has cultivated a career marked by dedication and expertise. Starting as a billing specialist, she has advanced into her current role as Reimbursement Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the Charge Entry, Eligibility/Deductible Verification, and Denial/Appeals teams. Kelli works closely with anesthesiologists, administrators, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and optimize reimbursement processes. She also gathers and reports MIPS data to vendors throughout the year, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Kelli’s contributions include assisting with the implementation of a new billing software that has significantly streamlined operations, reflecting her commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren, playing golf with her husband, and doting on her beloved dogs.
