Since joining Advanced Professional Billing in 2017, Harold has brought his 19 years of billing experience to the forefront, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service. As a Client Manager, Harold oversees the implementation of new billing clients, manages insurance aging, handles payment posting, and monitors the patient billing process. He takes pride in working across multiple facets of the billing team, from payment posting to engaging directly with patients.

Harold finds fulfillment in helping patients navigate their billing options, offering alternatives that work for their unique situations. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, which he approaches with dedication and enthusiasm.
Outside of work, Harold enjoys reading, playing golf, and cooking for his family.
