Charge Entry Specialist

Diana joined Advanced Professional Billing as a member of the Charge Entry Team in September 2024, bringing 28 years of experience in the medical field. In her role, she is responsible for entering charges for hospitals and facilities, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process. Diana enjoys the variety this position brings, especially as it provides a fresh perspective compared to her previous work. Prior to joining the team, she spent 22 years managing workers' compensation accounts, where she handled accounts receivable, filed First Reports of Injury, posted payments, entered charges, and worked on AR.

Diana looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in her current role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, camping, and browsing antique stores.
