Payment Posting Specialist

With over 17 years of billing experience, Dee has been a vital member of our team since 2023. As a Payment Posting Specialist, Dee is responsible for verifying payments and credits to be posted, balancing check deposits, and managing overpayments or credits as needed. Dee’s extensive experience includes being actively involved in testing new systems before they go live and training new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team. In a previous role, Dee recognized the need for Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.s) and implemented them to significantly improve work productivity.

Outside of work, Dee enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places through travel, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
