Director of Reimbursement

With 35 years of billing experience, Carolyn is an integral part of Advanced Professional Billing. As Director of Reimbursement, she works closely with the billing team to ensure a seamless flow between all departments, helping to maintain accuracy in billing and maximize reimbursement. Carolyn joined the group in January 2002 to help establish an internal billing department, and she’s proud to have remained with the team ever since, contributing to its growth and success. Carolyn plans to finish her career here, alongside many of the colleagues she has worked with throughout the years.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and shopping.
